Black screen and everything hangs dead. (Assassin's Creed: Origins)

What to do? with the old see-off skating (750ti) decided on a new ride (msi 1650 super) and here's it. The black screen, when you tap the alt-enter or the ctrl'shift,esc, and the mouse appears and everything hangs dead. Toy pirate but la used to work. THE MSi afterburner was removed. By any thing with the game or wood on the old then ran a new nope. and can this be because of the transfer of wind from hdd to sdd?
