Second player (LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4)

I have a question - when I try to turn on the second player, the menu falls out and the game hangs. The keyboard doesn't work, it doesn't happen, you have to turn the game off as a task manager.
What's this going to be about? There are no other problems, the game has been 100% long ago, that is, played for a long time, never flew out, there were no problems.
