Drawdown of Skyrim 5 LE on a powerful PC (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Hello world! I play Skyrim LE with a lot of mods. The PC is quite powerful, but I happen to be adjusting in skyrim, I would even say small hangs due to drawdown of FPS to zero. When I don't have a stable 60 fps and nothing lays, but every 30 seconds there is an arbitrary slight hang. Fashions on fixing bugs, optimization of various I installed. Skyrim LE does not use all the cores fx 6300, only one or two, and at this stone they are weak in division, in the SE solved the problem with threading

The answer is as simple as you think. This version of Skyrim can not use all the resources of your PC, but in addition you have the game crammed with mods and even sneer why it lays.
