Unplug the grit effect (Resident Evil 3: Nemesis)

Who knows how to disable the 3-part grain effect? These shiny dots are really infuriating, especially on the asphalt. In 2 parts there was such a function in the settings of the graphics, and in 3 parts I do not see it. Although read in reviews, it is recommended to disable the grain effect, chromatic aberration and blur in motion for better clarity of the image.
