Was it or was it the Mandela Effect? (Mass Effect 2)

I saw a video of a suicide mission, at the end when Shepard jumps to the ship, there is one Morinth (the whole team is dead), who with a smile squeezes his hands and he falls into the abyss. And I know another person who watched the same video. I can't find him.
So, did anyone see a scene like this?

As far as I know, in order to see this scene, you have to just take Morinth to the last fight.

you need to take a Morint to battle (pass the mission of loyalty to Samara) and take someone like teina but not pass his mission of loyalty and nothing else should affect anything
