Modification error (Sid Meier's Civilization 6)

Downloaded modifications, activated. When the new game starts, try to disable the modifications and try again. Turned off the modifications, the same. Tried to re-enter the game (at the same time disabling fashion), the same. I even tried to turn off the official DLS and nothing. Who's come across this? Is there a solution?
