The game does not see a discrete graphics card

There are built-in intel hd graphics, there is a discrete Radeon gaming. All games are normally launched through Radeon. Only one game PES 2020 I do not see discrete, runs with built-in intel. Everywhere has already set up, added the game to the game profile of the software Radeon, still starts with a built-in. All other games run normally through Radeon. What to do or have to accept that this is the game I will not be able to play on my note?
