What does the processor do for gaming?
A simple question, what does the processor do for gaming? I understand that processors (who could guess) process information, but how does that compare to what they do for games.If someone wants to go even further: what does RAM do for games? What is the difference between a 2GB graphics card and a 4GB card, for example, why is the extra 2GB such a difference?
Any help will be pleasant.
The simple answer is that the processor is engaged in operations and data transmission.
It's easier to say what the graphics card does - and it pulls textures, performs all sorts of shaders with texture and calculates the mischief optional traavon still does.
RAM contains all the quick access information that the processor will work with in one way or another. those unpacked body piece games.
and with the gpu memory of the peck-bake well because 2gb is not for the needle already. there f will fit textures, gpu geometry and intermediate data which the gpu itself creates. if the memory will be little on the game will not fly out then as if that gpu will have to unload more often to download that will be inefficient plus there will be a load of the bus which connects the graphics card with the processor and everything will whistle and fart even egly gpu powerful and on performance mat it should have a lot of phps to do as if the slicer of 690 saw off for example the peck-bake performance will be as to 1080 but because of 2gb of memory there is anywhere 10 fps in the coke somewhere chew5
