No game is set (Genshin Impact)

I downloaded the file from the official site clicked run and everything related to the game closed and does not open help please.If that costs windows 7. Here are the methods that didn't help: rebooting the pc, removing the antichit, shutting down the antivirus, removing the game and re-downloading it, launching through the name of the administrator.
