The problem with addons (Minecraft)

At the moment I'm playing 1.7.10 Lucky blocks and trying to add a few add-ons. I have both Happy Block and Mod Loot in my mod folder 1.7.10, and I've put zip files for addons in the luckyblock folder inside the adddon folder. However, I only see happy blocks and I can't create things like omega happy blocks. What did I do wrong?10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254 happymod
