Error E:43-0 (Forza Horizon 4)

Hello and good time of day to all.
Please tell me what to do:
In general, spiraled Forza Horizon 4 (was previously subscription, and laziness to renew)
I decided to install preservation (laziness to pass again, just want to drive around the world)))
and a bug came out, supposedly the profile is not available.
Can you tell me if I didn't set it that way, or maybe it's a different story?
