Artifacts in some apps

I bought Radeon r9 nano (of course it after mining). I thought that because of the temperatures in my back hull, they were under 80. At the same time there is no such super-possifier on any settings.

sata m.2 from samsunga at 256gb
wd blue at 500GB
BP ANtec TRUEPOWER Trio 550w
P.S:There was no such thing on the old vidinha (rx560)
