The problem with subtitles (Red Dead Redemption 2)

The first time I started it was possible to include all the subtitles, but I left only in the story dialogues, later when you try to include all the subtitles, the game offers to re-enter to apply the settings, but the next time you enter the game nothing changes, subtitles only in the plot. I didn't find the config either, except for the graphic settings. Pirate version.
