Achievement "I Have Everything" (Lucius 3)

Good evening, who was able to get this achievement? I understand that you need to collect all the plot items, but kind of like I collected them for the whole game, but alas does not give an achievement, what can be the reason? If someone has received and the save is still there, share please.
