Makes a 0xc00007b error at launch (Dying Light)

I decided yesterday to download dying light, in short install it then run. As a result, the game does not start and gives me a very familiar error (0xc000007b) I no longer know what to do with it, and the driver updated and visual c q together with the net framework re-established.
