Download and open HxD. https://mh-nexus.de/de/hxd/
Open the acValhalla.exe file (it is located in the root directory of the game).
Click Ctrl'R and select the "Hex-values" tab. We are looking for the following symbols - "39 8E E3 3F", replacing these "8E E3 18 40" (This is for 3440x1440, a plate with other permissions below). The search direction is "everywhere."
We click "Replace everything."
We do the same with the ACValhalla_Plus file.

Keep in mind that not all cutscenes will be displayed without stripes. Some are at 4:9 p.m. and won't be wider.

Instructions how to remove black stripes at resolution 1280 x1024 (I write for 1920s1080 mb will also turn out)
1. Swing the HxD (hex editor) and install.
