Stellaris doesn't start (Stellaris)

All good times of day. I write with this problem: downloaded the game from Khatab the latest version (2.8.0.5). Clarification: a version with a launcher from paradoxes and the installation of all dlc separately. Played two days, all without problems, without hanging, just wonderful. For a day and a half had to disconnect the computer from the network due to repairs and after its inclusion the game stopped running. I mean, it's like, I run it, it appears on the taskbar and is displayed by the process in the task manager, but just after a couple of seconds just turns off, without errors, as they say "goes in English."
What I was trying to do: run through the paradox of the launcher and just through the exet file, ran on behalf of the admin, turned off the antivirus and repeated n. 1-3, re-set the game already repacto from the mechanics, removed entirely with the cleaning of the registry, installed earlier versions (2.8.0.3, 2.7.2, 2.0.3 just check whether they will go, suddenly it is in a specific version, but no), tried on the advice in the inte to remove the file settitings.t in the documents and let another time , tried to run through the file "dowser" in the root folder, installed at once with all dlc together, without them at all and with the installation of them separately, changed the mode of display of the game on a full screen with a frame and without, and the window, changed the resolution, re-installed firewood ... In general, i've tried a lot of things. At the same time, other games work normally as before without problems.
What's the bottom line? Nothing, everything is unchanged, the game just as silently shuts down.
But a couple of times when reinstalling there was a window that the game could not find a way to the folder documents, which was decided by the removal of the old folder with saves. And now, when PKM clicked on any exet the game file began to appear a line with the compatibility of the vinda of the earlier version (perhaps it was before, but I did not pay attention to it), and when I clicked on it the game does not start with any variant of the combination (I have it 8, 7 and vista).
It's just like there's been an update of the wind, maybe that's the point, although I think it's unlikely. If suddenly important, then the percentage of Intel Core i5-4460, 3300 MHz, see the nVIDIA GeForce GT 440 (1GB).
