Adobe illustrator error count

Hello!

This is the thing with the illustrator happened: Yesterday I worked in it, everything was fine, as finished work, saved the document (Adobe illustrator artwork) and turned off the computer. And the next day there was this game: I open such a file I need, as it flies out here's a reference to the error:



After closing the window or clicking "send..." or "don't send..." The program is flying out.

I thought I somehow saved a particular file, and the rest of it might open, BUT NO! All other files, when opening, gave the same account, although, until today, opened normally without any errors, and even more so the calculations.
Moreover, I can't even create a new document, the program will hang, and again this count goes off.

I tried to find a solution to my problem in the e-day, but I never found anything. So if anyone knows what to do in such a situation, please help!
