It doesn't start. Need an avx-enabled processor? (Cloudpunk)

During the launch phase, the "Stop the Program" error pops out.
Config: Xeon X3440; 12 GB Ram; GTX 1060 3Gb; Windows 7 X64
The processor does not support avx.
Has anyone run on a processor without avx support?

You don't need avx, minimum AMD FX-4300 and Intel i3-4130 requirements.
