Control problem (Forza Horizon 4)

When I play on the steering wheel all the buttons, except the gas and brake, and it does not matter on what buttons I assign gas and brake. Tried through third-party programs to replace the steering button with a keyboard button, but you can not simultaneously control the steering wheel and keyboard. Help, please.
