We've hired The Yomsvikings (friends and community) (Assassin's Creed: Valhalla)

Faced with a problem. The game has 50 of my friends, but there are no Yomsvikings in the barracks, no friends or community.
Just empty slots.
Maybe the story should go further?
Who faced the problem?

P.S.: There is no community photo on the map, but Red's shop with contracts works and issues contracts for opals and goods. There are also opals on the map

They usually randomly one on the pier near the barracks appear. Above it, the badge hangs that you can start a dialogue. They are hired for 100 silver. At what interval appear not yet understood.

Even in the long houses or piers of captured cities appear (those that in the story within the unions capture)
Update once a day, I have at least every day different
