HELP! Nothing happens when you run! (Enter the Gungeon)

Faced with such a problem that when you start two games that used to go, before reinstalling windows, now do not go. After you click on the label, the task manager appears the process (game) literally for 2-3 seconds and disappears. One of them was dealt with by Microsoft xna fraemwork, but Enter the Gingeon still behaves like this. The driver on the graphics card is the last, DirectX has installed, Microsoft Visual cz too. I don't know what to do or how to fix it...
