Downreid (Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019))

After a recent update with streaming textures and integrations with Black Ops, I noticed that the textures of the operatives and the weapons have become soapy, with texture settings high. Did the developers make room for integrations with black ops, stupid downraind textures?
