Hangs when you download save (new game) (Fallout 4)

Faced with this problem:
On any repoke when downloading a save or the beginning of a new game hangs the screen, ie I click to continue (start a new game), with the image and music everything is normal, and at some point everything freezes (checked in the task manager - with the state of all norms).
If you started saving with Asylum 88, it was all the same, but after a while the radio music that I once staged was playing.
It's never happened before.
Set the settings at a minimum, did not help.

Fashions some rolled, if you try without mods, if the game is clean then remove the folder Fallout 4 documents and try to start the game again, if it does not help then shit knows.
