This argument only says that not the game flies out of 10, but that it starts in only 4 cases out of 10 (i.e. not "the problem is not in the eight" but "this game has so many problems with compatibility that in 1/2 cases it is not clear why it does not work")

My game flew out after the creation of the character (the beginning of the game, the first phrase on the Russian and all "Chumba"). Regardless of the choice of start. The comp is an outdated Win7, i7 and 770 4GB (442.50 driver version), as if before this Cyberchumba were installed all CJ 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2015-2019 64/86, NET Framework 4.6, 4.8. I tend more to the fact that the beginning did not start because of the "high" settings of texture quality. The game itself puts medium-low settings. In general, you can try everything on minimals and 720p to stick. If anyone has the same problem.
And yes... when I run the game through steam (then the game opens another REDlauncher window) it is more likely to issue an error. Kind of help me with this series of actions: I launch REDprelauncher.exe (SteamLibrary'steamapps'common'Cyberpunk 2077.exe(SteamLibrary"steamapps'common" Cyberpunk 2077'bin'x64).
