Resolution problems (Cyberpunk 2077)

Lowered the resolution - the game with some fright switched to window mode. Changed mode to full screen - the game curled up and does not unfold. Forced to close the game. Run. The game opens in the window. The resolution is worth the one I set. But for some reason the mode is full screen, although the game itself started in the window. Attempts to change the mode do not lead to anything, and the change of permission winds up the game and does not allow it to unfold. What's the big thing? It's not some turkey to screw up with a permit, is it?
Does anyone know the solution to the problem?
