Save error (Planet Zoo)

When you start, the game makes an error and tells you that there is no "saved games" folder on your computer. Although this folder is definitely there! After that, the game starts and works safely, but what is the point if it is impossible to survive!
The game offers to go to the official site, where you can download some file that should solve the problem. But it doesn't help.
