Bug in Mission Journey to the Stars (Fallout 4)

After stripping the landfill, the habologists run to the spaceship, and I'm tasked with talking to the gift of Hubbell after she gives a speech. However, it does not start it (sort of all gathered). I tried to download the setsva, but nothing helped (all saves after taking the quest). Waiting didn't help either. I play ps4, so the console won't help.
