Flicker of textures on DX11 (Resident Evil 2)

Good afternoon. In the RE2 remake on DX11, textures flicker. On the DX 12 with textures everything is fine, but the FPS sometimes sags. How to solve this problem? DX rocked, microsoft visual updated. When I install drivers write that last version. Please help solve the problem.
