The Binding of Isaac

Why does Isaac see mods, music objects and characters are displayed but there are no effects of passive items, assets, and character traits?
The items are on the altars.
After the selection, the items are in the inventory, but the effects do not give this stupid texture without anything.
With characters the same shit, characters are stupidly aiseki with a different skin without items (unless the number of lives is different).
