MSI 2060 super 8gb card.
Monitor for 27, 2k, 144.
Total, At the maximum settings (this is 2k resolution, tracing, everything is shorter at maximum) I get 30-40 fps in the city, but this is not enough for a comfortable game. I turn on DLSS - FPS soars to 60, but something is wrong. Tolley seems to be blurry, I can't even understand, but something is wrong with the picture. I see you are staring, you can't give 30-40 fps at maximum speed with tracing in 2k, even with dlss, and you're still talking about 60 fps, here full hd with dlss can 35-50 fps
I have an RTX 2080 ti, i7 8700k, 32 GB of RAM and in the city at maximum speeds it gives out 30+ fps and this is in 1080p. In the city there are severe drawdowns up to 30 fps, but mostly in the city 40+ and even 60. Indoors, too, it happens in different ways, but still better than on the street. The game may not be optimized, I hope that this is so and then something will be fixed and FPS will be added. However, in technical terms, the game has already failed with its bugs, and I wouldn't be surprised if the optimization isn't very good either.

What are 2 k? at 2060s =) Also on max, set 1080p, if you want with tracing, lighting with tracing to medium, shadows with tracing off, DLSS quality, sharpen 85% via freestyle, or NV control panel.
In 2k with DLSS, the quality + RT ultra 3070 55-60 produces with drawdowns up to 40. You can forget about native 2k or 1080p with tracing enabled. DLSS performance channels only for 4k.
You end up with something like this with 60+ frames.
