Autosave fails / and normal (Cyberpunk 2077)

I complete the quest, it is completed and goes to the "completed" section, but the next time you start the game, the scene starts again from it, and it becomes "active". I go through it again, do other tasks, and they complete successfully, but there is no save, and if you exit the game, then when you start the game, it starts all over again from this quest. Doing different versions of tasks several times does not help.
