Is this your guess or is there a valid reason?
For example, I go into the same laptop, read the news, I am offered to click "read more". Then they ask to pay for a subscription at 14.99 bucks, after which they are advised to join the network patrol, only nowhere else is it said about it.

because it's just a stupid "reference", so to speak. the game is an ordinary linear jester for a couple of days. after the first passage, it makes no sense to play further since there is no variation from the word at all, this is an illusion.
