RAM (16GB) chokes (Call of Duty: Warzone)

Good day.
NV card geforce gtx 1660 ti
CPU AMD Ryzen 5 1600 6x CPU @ 3.20GHz
RAM 16GB 4DDR 3200 16 18 18 18 38
After reinstalling the OS (WIN was updated to the latest version, all drivers were installed correctly and the latest version) I downloaded the CoD series games (mw2019 & BO 2020) again, but when playing after a certain amount of time, all physical memory is loaded and the textures in the game become soapy, and some so generally they stop loading and become invisible. It starts freezing and finally crashes with an error about insufficient RAM. The system then leaves for a long time (easier to reboot). The only problem is COD. at first everything is fine, then gradually loads all the RAM. (playing shooters all the time with a program that cleans physical memory when loading from 80% is not an option). Reinstalled the OS. Checked for errors. Added Swap Files. Reinstalled on different carriers. Deleted documentation and files, and restored.
In the "task manager" it shows that only the game itself loads 94% of the RAM (I did not start other programs except the client and the dispatcher.
In other games (Cyberpunk, ks, Borda) there is no such problem.
Before reinstalling the OS, the whole series worked fine and gave 110 fps without lags.

Perhaps it is worth rolling back Windows from 20n2 to 1909?

Put a swap file of 16 gigabytes or 32.
