Remember what has changed in the system since it "worked stably" - updates were installed, drivers were updated, etc. During tests in other games, the frame rate is somehow limited (vertical, etc.), or is the vidyuha loaded to the maximum due to the "unlimited" frame rate?
... fps is at an acceptable level of 50-60 ... but the screen is full of mess.
Record a video of the problematic moment, with indicators for monitoring the load on the system (MSI Afterburner, etc., and post it here. And it would be nice to write what kind of video card, with details the model, age, where it was bought (in a store, or from hands to some some online flea market), etc., and even better a complete config.
