Missing script recipes (Cyberpunk 2077)

At some point I thought, why am I looting hundreds of pieces of scripts if I don't have any available for crafting? I asked a friend, he has everything, but I have emptiness.

Skills for documentation for creating scripts are pumped in, and for example, for a massive vulnerability too. (It is not there either)
