Taxi Delamaine Won't Hope (Cyberpunk 2077)

Please tell me who may have come across on assignments to find a taxi for Delamain. In the first region, when the car was found, contact immediately went. But on the next assignment, I find a taxi car but nothing happens. She goes in circles, I can't do anything with her. I went to another area, found it too, she just stands there and nothing happens either. And he called that blue dick, and shot at her, to no purpose. Maybe I'm doing wrong

up here's the problem. Where to boot from. I went through these tasks when I was accidentally in the area when this person called and said that there was a car nearby. Once passed the rules. then a bunch of quests passed. Again I decided to go through and such garbage.
