Instructions:
1. Open the inventory
2. Go to the tab where all your items will be displayed.
3. Switch to the filter by quality (from normal to legendary)
4. Find Johnny's hand itself, and click on it
5. Done, the hand can be displayed or not. It seems to disappear when the Silverhand itself appears.
