World crashes (Genshin Impact)

Hello everyone, there was a problem, after starting the world in the general manager, the game crashes, the launcher works, the game too, but the world crashes, if you minimize the game after starting the world, the game works until you open it back, after that it crashes.

I wrote to technical support, the advice did not help, the game was in the English directory, the anti-cheat faceit was deleted, the game was completely reinstalled 2 times. I also tried on other locations, I don’t know what to do, help !!!!
