Problem with purchases for \ "cc \" (The Crew)

They gave me 100,000 cc for 10 lvl, but I can't buy anything with them. How to solve this problem? Writes: "Not available yet".

you better not waste them yet. when you get all the skill points for the levels and distribute them, then for the KK you will buy points for the missing skills.
