DirectX Error (Dragon Age: Inquisition)

When loading the save, the loading screen with prompts hangs for a while and then crashes with the error attached below.
The strangest thing is that the game has been running quietly for 2 years at quite decent settings. It all started after the origin update. The first time after the update, the game started quietly (testing my new mod), then it stopped starting altogether. I chose "renewal" in the Origin menu. After that, the game started giving this error. Updating DirectX and graphics card drivers, changing configuration settings, and reducing graphics settings to the bare minimum did not help.
The game is licensed, all patches are worth it.

My system + 4 cores and NVIDIA GT 720M graphics card.

one - to start by choosing the way to launch exe using the nvidia GPU;
two - some game file may be damaged.
Three of these are waxing all sorts of programs began to switch to ms C ++ 2015 if Windows 7 without critical updates is a real pitch plague,
it is possible that during this time some patch did not come out to the origin or the game.

I didn’t have any DirectX components .dll in my root folder. I threw them away, now I'll try to run it.

1. NVIDIA is the default. (I tried it anyway. Launching with NVIDIA did not help.: C)
2. After several fruitless attempts, I reinstalled the game. If any file was damaged, I think that when reinstalling everything should have passed.
3. My 7 shindovs are not friendly at all with updates and breaks down when I try to update it. :FROM

I try to rescan the Patch in ModManager (removed all mods just in case).

As it turned out, the patch was not the last one - rescanning helped. : D
