decided to get to the bottom of this topic and here's what happened:
Spoiler
there are errors in the values, the video will show, but the optimal for 1920x1080 = 43%

and what kind of program is it that shows you information about the process, resolution, etc. ?

Thanks, this is helpful. I remember one guy arguing in alpha that for a pure Full HD RS to be 100â„… at 1080p.

no, this is a console command, was in battle 4 .... for monitoring in games there is a program msi afterburner

Checked by the command render.drawscreeninfo 1. It's funny that the curved ones did this option. For example, for the physical resolution of my monitor (1600x900), no resolution scale value is suitable at all. At 42%, the render is done at 1595x987, and at 43%, it's already 1609x905. It turns out that on my monitor, the game, in principle, does not support the physical resolution and the soap will be how many percent do not bet.

Although the author of the first post also did not achieve an accurate resolution of 1920x1080 at any value. It is closer at 43%, like mine, but still not exactly that much.

Yes, they really did it strangely, 42% is 100% like in BF4 below 42% this deterioration above 42% is better picture.

yes at least set it roughly, otherwise I ran 50%, although the hardware allows you to play 100%, but why ...

2 times less than 42%. 50% and medium-high at 1080p 140fps

So only approximately and you can set it. The closest value to the physical monitor resolution is 43% (by the way, it was the default).

was 42 .... I dug up on the forum that I needed 50, I saw it on YouTube, also 50 .... well, what's wrong, as they say, trust, but check, so I took a command from bf4 (prompted to another forum), and now, about 43

So that the image does not disintegrate into pixels and there are no particularly noticeable ladders, you need to set the resolution of the scale a little more than the native one, the optimum is 50%, but it is better not to set it below 43% - it looks creepy.

I set the first line to 70%, but I set the monitor resolution higher through DSR, the second set to 100% I did not understand what kind of second line it was)))

I have not tried to set 100% of the scale and DSR to the maximum, I wonder how much the resolution will be in the game and what will be the performance? And UI scale is like the resolution of the interface.

Resolution set 2560 to 1440, and the first point of the strip was brought to 100%, as a result 48-55 fps. In a single, in principle, it will be possible to play like this, but in a joint game, of course, it is not comfortable! The reaction is shitty with this kind of performance and mouse response in co-op.
