Can't complete mission "Malfunction" (Cyberpunk 2077)

For this mission, you need to scan the breindance and understand where it was filmed, but when I go into edit mode, it literally teleports me into orbit, that is, very high and does not allow me to go down, limiting me to an invisible floor and ceiling. Restarts and reloads do not help, and loading an early save, where this mission is not yet, did not help either.
