Game won't start (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Hello. Please tell me what could be with the game? Why does the Witcher 3 not start on patch 1.24? There is no such problem with other games. I just played it just recently, but today the problem is I canâ€™t start. I play on Win7 x64. Here is my system manager. :
