Mission \ "Rescue \" in Japan Town ... (Cyberpunk 2077)

Am I dumb or a bug? There is a 3-storey building, but closed (windows, doors). I cleaned everyone on the roof using stealth, but I just can't get in, there are balconies, but it's also closed there, but there are enemies inside.
