Noise, screen twitching, and crackling (Cyberpunk 2077)

Greetings. Maybe someone came across this?
During the passage of the mission "Recognition of Images", the hero starts to have glitches with the image and pops in his ears. But, as I understand it, in the cinema after the fight with the boss (a huge aunt) it goes away. But it didn't work for me. And for several more missions, I have been playing with this unbearable banging, twitching of the screen, map, with interference. There is no way to boot to the beginning of that mission (to go through again) .. In general, how to get rid of this ?!
