Where to find the heart of the naker (the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)
As far as I understand, the heart of a naker falls out only from high-level nakers. Does anyone know where to find these? Or a seller with such an indirection?25 Comments

the nests are restored after the explosion - we go to a fast transition, move to any point, meditate for at least 5 days, then return to the nest and voila - you can blow it up again :-)

A level 12 naker warrior with several level 8 nakers wanders in the marked place. after meditation until the next hour, the killed nakers are safely cut, and you can kill them again. The heart of the naker and the liver of the naker-warrior often fall from the naker warrior 12.
