Bank Palisade (Deus Ex: Mankind Divided)

So, guys, hello everyone. The question is: I cleaned all 3 floors of this bank, according to one of the additional missions, everything is fine, but on the second level, at the very end of the elevator, which can take even lower than the 1st level, there is apparently a separate storage So where can I find the key card to access the lower level? (Apparently the key is not in the building, since I climbed through it completely 3 times, and so I did not find anything)
