About the gangs. (This Is the Police)

Here is the question. When we have a gang member (inferior), we put him in prison and get a bit of money. Could there be another such "informer" for in the chain, if not the leader, then there are many members of the gang. Or is everything already spelled out for us and if he did not immediately go to investigate to the leader, then everything?
