Comp slows down

With an interval of 5-10 minutes, the games start to lag terribly, and if you minimize the game and immediately unfold the lags, they disappear, the same is true when watching a video. The temperature for all sensors (when viewed through AIDA64) does not exceed 68. There is Kaspersky. Who can help?

Perhaps there is not enough video memory, measure it through msi afterberner, for example, I had such a problem with the stall if the textures were set to the highest, which asked for 4 gigs, and for vidyuhi three.

do they hang in autoload ??? if yes, remove it .. it is quite possible that the hard disk is simply clogged .. and the swap file does not have enough space from here friezes .... on the C drive there should always be 30-50 gigs free ..

It's like a hard case. Usually 3-4 GB of swap file is sufficient. It's just that it's difficult to play modern games without 8-12 GB of RAM.
